Cancellation Policy
Please use the link in your confirmation email to make any appointment changes. If you are unable to reschedule or cancel through the link, the allowed time frame has passed.
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid fees. Changes made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. Changes made within 24 hours, same day cancellations, or no call no shows will be charged 100% of the service total.
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will be considered a no show and charged accordingly.
No call no shows are considered missed appointments and will be charged the full service amount. Failure to pay cancellation or no show fees may result in being unable to book future appointments.
